Dance Your Socks Off Workshop

Lincoln’s 26th Annual Dance Your Socks Off Workshop (DYSO) is scheduled for Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at Lincoln Christian High School 5801 South 84th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

 

This action packed event will not only provide classes in Clogging, Hip Hop, and Power Tap, but will be taught from some of the top talent in Nebraska and across the nation!

Be sure to stop by the concession stands and vendor booths, its always time for new clogging shoes, dance gear and more!

8:00 AM Doors Open for Registration & Preregistration Check-In

8:30 AM Group Warm Up 

9:00 AM Welcome Message

9:15 AM Classes Begin

12:05-12:50 PM Lunch Break (Group Activities and Ice Breakers) - Lunch will be served on campus, be sure to buy you lunch tickets at check-out

1:00 PM Classes Resume

3:50 PM Classes Close

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Dinner Break/Doors Close

5:00 PM Doors Open

5:30 PM Solo Competition

6:30 PM Showcase of Dance

8:00 PM Doors Close

Registration Fees

Dancer Registration: $45 per dancer ($50 at the door)

Tiny Tot Dancer Registration: $25 (Dancers age 6 and under, AM 1/2 Day Only)

Spectator Pass: $7 (Ages 2 and under are free)

•NOTE: Children ages 14 and under must be supervised at all times.

 

Solo Competition Entry: $8 per event

Choreographed Solos: $15 per event

Short Duets: $8 per dancer

Infamous Big Foot Challenge: $8 per dancer

Pre-Order T-Shirts: $15 for sizes Youth S through Adult 2XL

•NOTE: T-Shirts are not guaranteed if ordered after October 20th, limited T-Shirts will be available at the door)

 

We also invite dancers to participate in the ShowCase Dance Event Saturday evening. Please send us an email to confirm and include the team(s) name, style of dance routine and routine title (song). You will be required to provide and Ipod or Ipad with the music selection.
